Established in January 2011 the Virginia Diamonds is an affiliated organization of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) operating as a nonprofit basketball club for youth girls in Loudoun County and surrounding areas. Our players are chosen based on their competitive drive and passion for the game of basketball. Our mission is to build character by demonstrating improvement in skills, teamwork, good sportsmanship, self-confidence, integrity, and respect.

The Diamonds were created to promote an esprit de corps in our girls and allow them to grow as young ladies who will make significant contributions to our communities.  We compete hard on the court but always emphasize fair play and sportsmanship.
